Things to remember about ref

1) They are volunteers

2) With out refs you do not play

3) It is never OK to yell at a ref even if;

a. You have been coaching for years

b. You know the rules better then the ref

c. You are on the board

d. You teach the ref class

e. You do not like the ref

f. The ref does not like you

4) It is never OK to go charger fan o any ref.

5) Those refs are trying to do the best job they can.

6) They are volunteers
